Her favorite place in the house was the study, where she devoured her father's books.


She wanted to learn and embarked on discovering the incredible cellars of sommeliers Israel Ramírez and Rodrigo González (Dani García***). Years later, she fell in love with French cuisine and thought that her passion for France could be combined with that for Jerez. This is how she built her career over two years as Head Sommelier at LÚ Cocina y Alma*; then taking part of the reins at Ambivium* as Assistant Floor Manager for a season and now, in her most ambitious project, she is the Wine Director of Saddle* (Madrid).


She studied for a degree in Dramatic Arts with a specialization in textual interpretation. She studied Sommellerie at the Chamber of Commerce of Ciudad Real and then delved into WSET studies, working towards the Diploma while also preparing to become a Master Sommelier. She completed her education with a Master's in Food and Beverage Management.


She is the intangible part of IN WINE VERITAS. Computers, desks, and formulas accompany her. She will help you manage what is unseen, and her creativity is boundless.
