Strolling through the knowledge of international sommelier Manuela Romeralo (QD***), Juan Ruiz Henestrosa (Aponiente***), later building with Paco Morales (Noor**), and currently as Head Sommelier for the Castilla Termal hotel chain.


Ten years of traveling through great venues in Spain have forged her life and passion for sommellerie.


Not only time backs her up. Graduated in Criminology and Detective, she discovered her passion lies in wine, and trained with a University Expert in Technical Oenology, Certified Trainer in Sherry Wines; in addition to training in WSET 3 in Wine, complemented with specializations from WSET in Distilled Spirits and Sake and currently pursuing a Master in Trainer of Trainers.


She is the visible part. The journey and tastings, the commitment to the venue and the artistic image of IN WINE VERITAS. She will help you organize your venue team and implement the best resources for your needs.
