A classic restaurant in Jerez, with more than 25 years of history. A bodega without a pattern, which we have guided, streamlined, and rebuilt to align with the cuisine crafted by its chef, Javier Muñoz.


A dining room team, without a captain, whom we have trained to row in the same direction.


A long-term project, with which we have already won two awards for having the best wine list in Jerez and reached the semifinals of Copa Jerez (an important, prestigious, and international wine pairing competition with Jerez wine).
